This belief is further backed up by researchers who have linked genetic inheritance to nature of a person. For instance there is a strong genetic predisposition to depression, many people suffer from this metal illness because their parents do so. Despite efforts people continue to fight a daily battle with it because it is embedded deep down inside there neural schema. Closely related to depression is anxiety which also like depression hinders a person’s life.
Furthermore, as there characteristics are welded to human brains, to get rid of them is not a piece of cake. Despite training and having multiple exposures these traits can be tamed but not vanished completely, as they might show up anytime.
